I paid for 60 dollars worth of minutes on 5/25 @ 1:59 pm, today is 6/4 I don't have my minutes yet and I have'nt been able to reach them by phone or the internet!?

I paid for minutes thru Money Gram to be loaded on my Reach Out Wireless phone on 5/25. Today is 6/4 and my minutes still have'nt been loaded to my service yet. I have been triing to get in touch their costomer service by phone as well as on-line with no success at either. I also found out from Money Gram that Reach Out Wireless did in fact receive my money the same day it was paid! This is outrageous! Please can you help me or give me some advice on what my next move should be! My funds are very tight and I don't have money to give away! Help!!!
