Joe Gola, Joel Gola Acknowledged they received my stolen jewelry but refused to return it

Soon after Easter, a woman that I used in my house [Jackie Erickson] took my large band and required it to Joe-the-Jeweler at 3928 Marlton Pike, Pennsauken, NJ 08110 to transform it to money.

After I called this store, they recognized getting my band from her by her title. I told them-it was taken and that I needed it back. They stated it had been delivered towards the primary shop at 111 S. 8th St.in Philadelphia, PA 19106.

I called and talked to many individuals, including Mr. Joe Gola there and he explained, "its been 3 times; its melted-down right now."

After I advised him they should maintain incoming acquisitions for thirty days, he suddenly discovered it.

However, they WOn't return it. I actually agreed to pay them for that $40 they offered the crook that took it from my house (because it'd charge me over $800 to displace it.)

All I acquired was reasons and setbacks up to now.
