Bad customer support

These were okay till I settled them the charge. They confirmed their accurate shades once they got the cash. There is an error in my own tax statements and I needed them to assist me by having an amendment, and I guaranteed them I Will spend the charge for whatever function they are doing. Nevertheless, Sangeetha (operator/supervisor at workmytaxes) did not react to emails like she used-to before I settled the charge. After I contact their workplace, they'd claim they will return to me, which may never occur. General, they appeared to be jerks who simply worked until they obtain the cash, and next left the customer hopeless.
