Is a scam, they will take your money but will never return

The company I hired to work on my pool deck is called Oasis Designers, this was 6 months ago. The "owner" Jose offered me a 5 year warranty and what I thought was a decent price for a spray deck around my pool area. Fast forward 4 months later and my spray deck is coming apart. I have spent the past 2 months trying to get him back to my house to
fix all the broken parts as obviously I am still under warranty.

It seems as though he purposely ignores all my calls so finally I used my husbands cell and he answered. He has been telling me for the past 2 months that he'll "be here tomorrow" but of course he never has returned. I told him I am gonna report him but it seems he doesn't care. Mind you both myself and my husband are upset at the fact we never actually asked him for his credentials or business license, as most home owners don't bother to ask. Big mistake.
