Best Buy Connect lied overbilled failed to provide service already paid for wouldn't transfer to a superviso

Best Buy Connect promised to prorate the 4g wimax internet service they were no longer gonna offer if you switched to clear. They shut off the service to some redirect more than 2 weeks before they said service would end.
Now are not only still billing me and saying my account is active more than a week after I switched, they don't want to issue a refund either -which all their website and mailed information promised they would!
When I called to complain about receiving another invoice indicating another payment would be deducted from my debit, not only was I refused a prorate refund of service they failed to provide to the date I switched, they wouldn't even let me speak with a supervisor, saying none were available.
