Fraud, deception, unprofessional

Hired mitchell haynes (buybroker) houston flat fee mls agent to list home and to use as buying agent. He was so preoccupied with commission for being buyers agent, he literally wanted to give my house away just to get the transaction done.

To negate the reduction in my sales price, he put in writing that he would rebate a portion of his commission to me. I was concerned about this as it would involve rebating to me at closing. He shorted me $1000 and will not return my phone calls. I am suing him and i have filed a report with trec.

His personal issues conflicted with my experience with him. He does not have a car, has financial issues, used foul language in the presence of my wife, he's a clown.

If you wish to save money using a flat fee service, remember that these guys are in it to just get your $250-$500 and list. When it's time to negotiate, why should they care there's no vested interest... Look at my scenario, this guy had the opportunity to earn $12000 in commission and lost more than half by rebating (and defrauding me of $1000 still owed)
