False / Misleading Advertising - The Bagster - Sold at many retailers.internet

I bought a "Bagster" at Lowes - this is a big square plastic bag that you put waste in, or construction debris, it's BIG and sells for 29.00 at Lowes.

The display has a price of $29 and says BUY, FILL, GONE.

We bought the bagster and filled it yard debris, old toys, etc etc. We went to their website to schedule pickup only to find that they charge another $89 to pick it up.

So I went back to Lowes to look at the display again as I was sure they MUST have had the details somewhere - they did not - I asked for a manager and brought my concern to her attention and she agreed that the Bagster product is a little misleading and offered to give me my money back... Well - the BAG is FULL of Refuse already @ the end of my driveway! I need it picked up "as advertised", not my $29 back. I took pictures of the display and also recorded video of my conversation with the store manager and posted it at youtube.
