Poor service, poor employee training, poor attitudes

Lowes never seems to have enough staff. At least that's the excuse the managers always use, under staffed.
Checkout lines are slow, trying to find someone to help you can be a problem. One day I asked to see the manager to make a complaint. The manager ended up throughing his pencil against the wall in disgust!

Today I bought landscaping blocks. It was obvious the checkout girl had not been trained properly. She had no idea what the price was or how to find it. She handed me a pen and paper and asked me to go back to the display and write down the ID number. You've got to be kidding! Whatever happened to an aptitude test! Can you even read or write?

It's not only happening at Lowes, it's happening all over this country.in restaurants, quick shops, malls, all over... Not only are the employee's undertrained and rude, they're uneducated.

The American public isn't much better. Where is the common courtesy gone to in this society?
