Never got my package and the guy on the phone yelled and screamed at me when called to ask about the package

Hollywood Color Contacts has to be one of the worst online experience I have had, and I shop online for almost everything, from shoes to curtains... I have even dealt with an online Chinese site and I had 0 bad experience with their products or even costumer service representatives.

I ordered contacts from this site as a trial (thank god I changed my mind before ordering more than one pair) for my sister, I recieved an email and number to track my package, the number showed that the package was delivred but it was not in my mail box which I have the key to.

I called the post office to see whats going on then called the people over at Hollywood Color Contacts with the intention to ask what is their policy when things like that happen, what happen next is something I have never experienced in my whole life of doing bussiness which I myself is a bussiness owner and I know the importance of keeping your consumer happy. After trying 5 times the guy answers, very rude asks me what do I want? Then after hearing that I have not received my contacts start saying that if I am looking for a refund that won't happen and that I should check if my roomate or someone stole them, doesn't even let me ask one question, then continue on saying that its my problem and they have nothing to do with it, I started actually laughing because I could not believe that this person is actually what this company has ansewering the phone and how little knowlege he has about costumer service, and or business if he owns this company.

I wanted to order more than one pair of contacts for my sister and I if I had a good experience instead, I get nothing (well I am gonna dispute the charges with my cc company who actually knows the imporatance of happy costumers) and this company gets a bad review online, you gotta love the internet.
