Hollywood Color Contacts Will not stand behind their Expression Lenses

My daughter purchased a set of contacts from this company. This is the 3rd set she has bought from Hollywood. One of the contacts arrived with a small tear and was unusable.

Despite being a repeat customer with nothing but good things to say about this company, when they were called to resolve the problem, the man that answered the phone immediately accused my daughter of doing something to them and being too afraid to tell me - basically he called us liars.

My daughter isn't afraid to tell me anything, she purchased these with her own money. I was simply trying to help her resolve the problem.

The man was rude from the start. When I finally became rude and told him it may have been the 3rd set, but it was the last set that would be bought from them, he told me "that explained why my daughter was the way she was".

If I had known their website www.hollywoodcolorcontacts.com has no return policy, no guarantees, no policies of any kind posted, I would have advised her to steer clear. Their business cards do not even have a phone number, and their business email is a yahoo account. Their website looks like a cheap weebly template. All signs of non-reputable companies.

Rude, rude people. No warranty, no guarantees, they do not stand behind their product. My daughter has already ordered replacements from another company with clear policies, an 800 number, and all other info that a reputable company should have.
