Andy Ponce, Brad Scott, Ashley Mendez and Jessica Evans all claiming to work at Southern Home Loans Valencia, Ca; www.southernhomes.net, formerly Southern Home Loans Fayetteville, North Carolina; it's anybody's guess now. Stole $360.

Im an insurance agent looking for leads. Brad Scott guaranteed 30 sales from his company's leads program, Southern Home Loans. According to him and the subsequent paperwork, the staff would qualify each lead before handing them off to me and replace those that didnt work out. I bought their services. Then came Andy Ponce, Ashley Mendez and Jessica Evans, the real experts, who soothed me with promised adjustments for Southern HLs very poor performance. I was directed not to call Brad (855-856-5638 x213) but communicate with Andy (951-888-9066). Andy, Ashley and Jessica (951-888-9066) won my patience for a few days, extending to another week; then agreed to a refund, which of course has never arrived.

I found this morning that Southern Home Loans web site is down, the 855-856-5638 is disconnected but the other line is active and so is Brad@southernhl.net. I suspect they are moving to another area.

This isnt sour grapes complaining, these people are practiced at internet and telephone stealing. I'd stay away from Southern Home Loans regardless their location; these people are out to take advantage of you.
