Scammer and rip off -recycles tiny pencil size windshield chips on return inspections over and over!

Warning... inspect your windshield throughly-mark down any and all microscopic chips or you'll be charged for them!
This is a recycled scam that the manager MARC L MAI condoning. It happens when you return the car for inspection at close out! Heres how we caught them red handed!
Upon the return of a less than a 24 hour rental with low miles driven, within seconds of handing the inspector our paperwork, this older inspector (wearing glasses) found a pencil tip size chip in our windshield and blamed us.
The reason we know this is a routine practice and fraud on their part, is because the inspector WENT RIGHT FOR THE WINDSHIELD WITHIN SECONDS OF HANDING HIM OUR PAPER WORK!
He didn't even inspect the car, it's like he knew the chip was there, and when he told us about it, we could not see it with our 20/20 vision. But he sure saw it, and it was literally almost microscopic, pencil TIP size, undetectable unless someone knew it was there. Even after he pointed it out, it was miniscule and minimal at best. All within seconds, not minutes.
MARC L MAI wouldn't listen to our dispute, and cared nothing about resolving our complaint about the inspection and the fraud of the inspector. He babbled something about company policy blah blah blah... And couldn't care less about what we tried to tell him.
That's because he knows the scam, and he's in on it with the inspector! Our daily rate went from $12 to $30!! Hows that for cooking the books and boosting your profit daily! How many others has he charged for this exact tiny chip! Oh and were still waiting for the receipt we requested that he fixed the tiny chip, but after two weeks, still nothing!
