Got half of the pair - left boot arrived! - Online Purchasing

ALDO.com has been my worst shopping experience ever. Between the website glitching, to the longer than usual wait times when you call in. Finally I was able to place my order and my credit card was charged but they told me it was declined so I provided an authorization number from my credit card company but instead of sending the merchandise I had to wait for a refund on my card which took 5 days. Once again I called the order in and thought finally it worked, I chose express delivery because it took 9 days for the order to finally work. Purolator did an amazing job and got the package to my door, it did take a little longer than I thought for them to get the package but once it was in their capable hands Purolator was fabulous. The package arrived and I opened it up put on my left boot and wait there was not a right boot in the package!!! They shipped one boot! I called immediately and was told that I would have to wait for the shipping department to look for and locate the boot! I would hear from someone within 48 hours... It has now been 72 hours. I paid over $190 for these boots, I paid express shipping and now I am waiting on ALDO.com to locate the boot. They should be sending a new order and I will send this left boot back!
Customer service has been terrible. I love the boot and it is not available in stores... But in future I will not shop with ALDO.com after this experieince! I have 8 pairs of boots from ALDO this is my first pair bought on line but I will no longer shop at ALDO in store or online, I will go eslewhere they do not deserve my customer loyalty or business! ALDO you suck!
