Charged for a product that they never sent out then refused to issue a refund.internet

On April 5th I ordered 2 pairs of polarized sunglasses from this site. Their order numbers were: order # 1297908 and order # 1297909. I was instantly charged $35.96 [$12.99 per pair of sunglasses (x2) and $4.99 each for shipping (x2)] and the full payment came out of my checking account on April 6th. Their site says it normally take 6 business days for an item to be sent.

On April 17th, I sent Daily Steals a friendly email asking what the status of my order was since it had been 12 days since my order and nothing was sent out. A representative named "Oliver" responded politely and said Our suppliers estimate that they will ship your order sometime this week.

A few days later, I received a partial order. They only sent me order # 1297909, but failed to send me order # 1297908. I waited a few days in case they were mailed separately, but the second order never came.
