Order from Oklahoma-outlet, send them a check, cashed my check but did not send my stuff

On March 6 I ordered 50 boxes of Swisher Sweets Cigarillos from Oklahoma-Outlet.com. The unit price was $24.99, it was cheaper than what I buy locally. I paid around $26-28 from my local wholesaler for each box of Cigarillos.
Anyway, I placed a order online and my total cost is $1290.33 with shipping ($40.83 shipping cost). When I place this order I find out they do not take Credit card, they only take personal check, electronic check, or money order. Since I did not trust electronic check because they can take money out from my checking account anytime they want, so I wrote them a $1290.33 check with a copy of my driver lic. Since they need to proof my age.
After a week I called them and check on the status of my order, they told me they already got my check and they need to wait for the bank to process the check and it will take 7 to 10 days. I said ok I'll wait. After a week later I checked on my bank and my bank told me Oklahoma-outlet is already took money out from my checking account.
On the Mar. 27 they send me a e-mail said they were voided my order because they said it was no check mailed in. I called the customer service and see what going on they wants me to fax them a proof of payment. I went to my bank and they gave me a copy of the check I send them and it showed it already cash.
I fax them the copy of the check. After they received my fax with the copy of my check, they e-mail me a new order invoice with different order number. When I called them as soon as I got the e-mail they told me they will ship my order at April 3.
After April 3, they still did not ship my cigar. I called them again and they told me they will ship at 3 days. Today is April 6, I still did not heard anything from them whereabouts my order.
I call them today and took me about 10 min to hold and a lady answered and asked me my order #, after I gave her my order #, she put me on hold. I waited around 5 min and it hong up. I try to call them again but the line was busy.
I'm not sure how they do business when they take your money and they did not send you the order your placed. I feel like this is a scam. I hope I can get my money back and also I would like to give a warning about this online-business to everyone.
