Jimmy lujan promised funding on a real estate development and used farazad capital as the company that he was tied into for securing the loan. After a year and a half of excuses, i asked for my fee money back. He then trump up some bogas excuss of how i breached the contract and threatened to sue me if i didnt go away. I would persue the matter in the courts, but have found out that there are a lot of victims ahead of me and that he really doesnt have any assets to go after.
