Best Customer Service Ever!

My 2 year old Keurig Brewer stopped making coffee, so I called their customer service number... On a Sunday! After a short wait, I was connected with a rep who walked me through trouble shooting steps. After trying several fixes, we thought we had it working. I then took my brewer back to the kitchen and hooked it up. It failed to work and nothing I did corrected the problem. So I called back. I spoke with another rep who took down my information, read the record of what had been done and then transferred me over to a tier 2 support person. We talked about the problem and the steps we took to fix it. He then said he would send me a brand new machine even though my existing machine is 2 years old! Even better, this new machine is their latest release and has more features than the one I currently own.
All in all, this is the BEST customer service I have received in a long, long time. All the reps were very pleasant and expressed concern over the issue. PLUS, they are located in the U.S. And not India.
This is what customer service should be like. I wish other companies would clue up.
Keurig now has a customer for life!!!
