James "Jimmy" Mariany Serial Con Artist! Developer will take your money and give you the same excuses!

Over 15 people have filed a complaint on usacomplaints.com against James "Jimmy" Mariany (www.mariany.com)... There may even be more he has ripped of in the last year or so and I plan on being the last. He has given me the same excuses and lies that he has given to everyone else he's ripped off in the past. I am in the process of getting in touch with others who have had the same infuriating experience with Jimmy.
