Circus Circus Las Vegas Chapel Of The Fountain Damaged Wedding Photos & Poor Quality Video

Circus Circus Las Vegas, Chapel of the Fountain advertises in their brochure "A day to remember.", "Come celebrate with us and make your Special Moment a day to be remembered for a lifetime." All Wedding Packages include chapel, minister, music, 1 custom marriage certificate and holder and 1 garter. Traditional package includes: small bouquet, 1 boutonniere and professional photos: (10) 4 x 5, (2) 5x 7, (1) 8 x 10.

The video was shown in the lobby immediately following ceremony. The quality & sound appeared excellent. We paid $85.75 for video, delivered on the spot. Upon arriving home & viewing the video 1 week later, we discovered poor sound, fuzzy picture output, and bad lighting. We did not complain.

Six weeks later, we received our wedding photos and a letter of "humble apology" that the photo company damaged our photos. The 12 photos they were able to process were black on the bottom half. They gave me negatives ($82 value) for free to compensate my loss. Six weeks later, I received photos we selected. They did not include the correct amount of photos purchased with package, but tried to sell me more. We never received the certificate holder.

They certainly made it a "day to remember forever". I'll remember them every time I look at the 1/2 view photos and fuzzy video of my wedding day.
