LG Twice the wrong part was ordered, once the repairman left after he arrived at 4:50 pm stating his quitting time was at 5 pm. Third, sears refuses to have a person to speak with

My LG washing machine stopped working after about 5 years. I called the local authorized repair service, which is Sears. I was charged $330.00. A technician looked at the machine at a time when I was forced to take the day off from work to meet his schedule. He said a part needed to be ordered. A part arrived a week later. A different repairman showed up installed it. The machine started.

Within five minutes the technician left because he said he doesn't work past 5 pm and his job is only to start the machine. About 15 minutes later the machine stopped running again. A third technician arrived about a week later. He said the part sent was defective. He ordered another part. That part arrived and a 4th technician, who happened to be the same guy as the original technician. He opened the box and announced it was the wrong part.

Two wrong parts later; two missed days of work; four visits by technicians; a refusal of Sears to allow me to speak with a person who can make a reasonable solution. At best I was offered to spend an additional $25 in a store that provides the worst service I have ever experienced. This is unethical and fraudulent. What is my legal course of action. At the least my $330 should be returned.
