I have been a customer for over 10 years and I went this week and my good - I walked in and the music was so loud - (western music) that I moved fartherest away from the some black box - it wasn't a radio, a stylist with red hair was dancing, singing while cutting hair (whooping to the music), she and 2 younger ladies were just laughing and yelling to each other over the music, one of the ladies was sweeping and while she was sweeping up hair the lady with the red hair kept blowing the hair away with her dryer and making it a game, it just kept going on and on - a lady next asked me if "Are you kidding? Is this some circus or bar?
Finally I got to my hairstylist and while yelling to her over the music - the lady sweeping stood next to me and yelled to the lady in the red hair something they kidding about - (one was in front of the shop and the other was next to me close to the back of the shop) I told her " please your yelling too loud." she just kept yelling and she must of told the other lady becaude they both said a smart alect remark like " atleast this place is alive with sound and something else - I really thought it was tacky. This place was very unprofessional. It never was before so what is happening???
