Custom stencils are a scam with stencilease.com (stay away)!

Bad experience from start to finish!

I ordered custom made stencils from stencilease.com in which they provided a "Proof" which I had to sign and send back agreeing to it so they can manufacture the stencils.

Therefore, I signed it, printed my name and dated it. The agent also stated that you will receive the stencils Exactly as it appears on the proof.

After 2 weeks went by I finally received the stencils but they were not the correct measurements as I signed off on. So I contacted Stencilease.com dealt with their rude customer service and was hung up on. I then decided to go through email to see if I can resolve this on my own. My "case" was given tot the "Manager" and he will not even resolve the matter!

They made up a new rule saying that they give themselves a "tolerance" of a 1/4" but it did not state that on any of the documents or Proof and its the first I EVER hear about this tolerance rule!

Therefore, going back and forth is getting me NOWHERE on top of them wasting my time!!!

Its there mistake and they are not wanting to correct it, there customer service is horrible and if they don't know the answer to your questions they just hang up on you! I have never seen anything like this is my entire life!

Stay away from this stencil company (STENCILEASE.com), you will get nothing but head aches and end up loosing your money!!! Stay away!!!
