Accepts your payment for goods, never sends the product, never replies to communication

This company advertises primitive stencils for sale. I made a purchase, received confirmation of payment from Paypal AND Country Home Stencils. The shipping price was high but I needed the stencil for my work so I didn't complain. The stencil never came. I sent numerous emails and phone calls to this business and nothing was ever answered. I finally opened a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Again, the owner, Becka has not replied.

I finally got someone at the business who said that Becka was vacationing in Florida and she would return my call. No call. Called again and she was back, they gave me her cell phone number. She will not answer. I have left numerous emails, numerous phone messages to no avail. Country Home Stencils advertises their goods for sale, accepts payments, and runs off with your payments until Paypal finally has to intercede and then the wait is about a month to finally get your money back.

If you purchase stencils from this company to support your own art, think twice, maybe more. Becka will take your money and run. You will NEVER see the stencil nor will she have the slightest bit of professionalism to communicate. They are thieves and I started to question other artists and found out a little too late that this is NOT the first time she has done this. What a nervy lowlife with no regard for anybody but herself. Beware if you decide to do business with this company who tries to portray themselves as a cute country store because they don't have an ounce of dignity.
