Ripoff my bill was to be 55.00 usd amounth now i get a bill for over 400.00 usd

I have benn a sprint customer for al most 4 yrs. I didnt pay my bil on time but was still paid. And now i tried to make payment arrgments with sprint and restore my service but no one will listen. I called just about every office to make it rigth but no one did anythng about it but ther was one person that did help me befor her name was mrs chris rock but no one would let me talk to her.

I geuss sprint dont care about its customers. Just suck them dry of money. I hate to go with a other carrer but they wont help me i would like to stay with sprint becous of the 4 yrs i have been with them but if the lady or some one from corp would call me
