Ripoff

This company is a complete scam. They even went as far as to have a training class to get started. I never recvied a headset, never recieved a start date and never recieved a refund. I sent an email requesting a refund and was sent a form to fill out. I filled it out, now I cannot contact anyone in the company. I did a training session via confrence call with a woman named Patrice Freeman out of Detroit. That was the last I ever heard from anyone. Complete scam. I will be going to file a police report tomorrow. I encourage anyone else to do the same.
