Staff Rudeness to older people who are purchasing picking up their prescriptions, short with the customers, abruptness, staff has no patience with older people who are picking up their prescriptions

Ordered a prescription for pickup, received phone call prescription was ready, arrived to pickup order, female staff member about 24, long brown-black hair, white, rude, shortness, stated insurance would not pay until tomorrow, I left and returned and decided to pay cash and take prescription then, went back to same girl, she rudely said there would be a 15 minutes wait and appeared irritated that I returned. I told her I would return in 15 minutes.

I returned and when she saw me she went to the back of the pharmacy and let another staff wait on me (I could see her go to the back in the security mirror). The other staff member said that they were out of my prescription and only had 25 pills as oppose to my prescription of 90 pills and I would have to return. After waiting 15 minutes for my prescription, didn't the first stafff member know this when she told me to wait 15 minutes to pick up my prescription.

During the process, I observed a older lady asking for her prescription and the staff appeared to not hear her, now I could hear her, one staff member told her to "get in line", another older man was asking for his prescription and stated someone took my credit card and never came back to wait on me.

When I walked up to be waited on, a staff member was waiting on a man, she saw me standing there and when she finished the process with him, she turned around and started working on the computer screen and let me stand there for 5 minutes and finally another staff member came up and offered her assistance.

The entire pharmacy appeared to be disorganized, rushed and very rude to customers. They did not greet any customer during the period of my visit to pick up my prescription. I have observed this rudeness before and this is why I feel it is important to speak out and let the public know the rudeness they can expect from Walgreens Pharmacy Staff. Not all of the staff members are rude, however, I have observed rudeness with the 24 year old girl and with other members of the staff how they treat the older customers.

If they don't like dealing with older people, then they need to change their career, because the majority of the people that pick up their prescriptions are older. Walgreens Pharmacy Staff needs to improve upon their customer service skills and remember who pays their salary, "THE CUSTOMER" without the customer there would be no WALGREENS" AND
NO JOBS".
