Lord and Taylor
Cancelled online order, no refund

Shops, Products, Services

I put an order online with my international charge card and gotten mail verification. Following a week I named Lord and Taylor to request where them was, since I never reined delivery confirmation. They explained the purchase was terminated simply because they do not take international bank cards. After I told them I never obtained termination notice, they insisted that mail was delivered. Though that's not the case, I examined all files completely. After I obtained my bank record and noticed they really taken cash from my accout, I called them again. Customer support consultant informed me they never charged me. I insisted, stating that I'd my assertion. Then I requested to speak with boss. I had been informed he'd contact me within 3 times. 6 nights approved, no body called me. I also sent them on the site. I obtained an answer that I've to keep in touch with my lender immediately. I named them again, same tale, asled e keep in touch with boss again, today awaiting a phone fback. No body named me back yet! That is incredible. I never experienced this kind of attitude. Over thenphone they kept showing me they never charged me, but I've my declaration before me and certainly will begin to see the real cost. I actually donot understand where you can discover protest. I also requested to ultimately sen me the purchase termination notice, simply because they never did. I still havent acquired that both! Here is the worst customer support event
