In New Century town, Our new roofs leak, Landscaping is very poor, take forever to address complaints. Dominate board meetings and have people removed who question what they are doing. Totally unprofessional in thier scope of construction and repair knowledge. They love to waste our money. $1000.00 for a pool payphone every year? Ridiculous!
