Poor management/Unreasonably high assessment dues

This is a complaint against the management company for poor maintenance of the sub-division. The clubhouse restrooms stink and are not stocked regularly with toiletries. The entrance is dull and unappealing. The mulch is not regularly changed. The swimming pool is full of muck during its peak season. The president of the association repeatedly ignores my calls yet is quick to send out collection letters. We ask BBB to please investigate Home side properties for unprofessional service and possible greed and corruption. Improve their service or let the homeowners decide who will manage us. I am not willing to continue to pay so much in assessment dues for so little. I deserve better communication and service.
