Ripped me off badly

Watch out! You'd better ask for an estimate before they send your watch to wherever they say they are sending your watch for service and make sure you also ask for written proof of the "repairs" they did to it... I couldn't help but have the feeling that I had been ripped off... Badly... Terrible experience and VERY expensive for nothing. A bunch of liars & thieves. I have never seen anything like this, pathetic and very sad that nowadays you still have to deal with that kind of trash.
