Rob and Mick Newsom Unfair Labor, Non Payment of Wages due to Employees

After working for Newsom Brothers Trucking I and several other employees were told that there trucks were being recalled by the bank and that they were going to have to let us go.

We were working in North Dakota and and after we were told that the bank was taking the trucks back and asked to take the trucks to there yard in Arlington Washington. We were promised to be paid in full our final pay check upon our return $200 and expenses along with return costs back to North Dakota. We returned the trucks on Saturday and on Monday we were told that our money was not available leaving us stranded in Washington with no way to get back to North Dakota. There is no word from the Newsom Brothers Mick or Rob as to when we are getting paid or if we will ever get paid.

We are getting an attorney to file a labor lean against them and there customers but if they are to get any trucks back and start looking for employees beware that in order to get paid is like pulling teeth from a rabid Pit Bull.
