Our experience with Globe Van Lines was maddening and harrowing.

These people are intentionally misleading at the beginning (when they are models of professionalism); frustratingly unavailable and deceitful while they are holding your things (promising delivery every few days); and on the edge of being extortionists when they finally do deliver your goods (trying to renegotiate prices so that are cash payments to the drivers).

In addition, they are incompetent movers - their trucks break down, and your goods are either missing or in shambles.

The star cast is SAM the salesman, RASHAN the charmer and dispatcher, ISAAC (Nagar) the shadowy figure who sometimes answers the phone, and RUBEN the harried driver. Let us not forget VICTOR, who is flown in to finish the job in emergencies, hah.

These folks have many addresses, phone numbers, web sites and fax numbers - but they all connect to the same BIG BLACK HOLE.
