Tristate Movers RIPOFF - Stole My Deposit Money & Never Showed Up

This company advertises on Craigslist as a moving company in the Tri-State area. They then ask you to go to their website and pay a deposit of $40, which seems reasonable. The website has a contact number and their deposit it taken thru Paypal.

The day they were to arrive to move my furniture, I received an unprofessional phone call from a cell phone number, saying they were running late. They were supposed to arrive at 11:00am, but Mark (the person who emails you about the details of the move and asks you to leave a deposit) asked if they could move the time to 1:30pm because "his guys were tied up".
At 2:00, they still had not shown up and I went straight to voicemail when I called back the cell phone number. I received no call back and no one ever showed up and they already have my $40.

I called Paypal for a refund. They said they would issue a claim and if there was no response within 10 days, they would issue the refund. However, they said that if the company tells them they did arrive and perform the work, I would not receive my refund. So, honestly, Paypal is just as bad.
