Ripoff, scam, movers failed to show up, failed to refund deposit

We hired Global Moving and were told that the movers would show up between 8 and 1. The movers never showed up, but kept us hanging all day stating that they didn't know where the truck was.

Fianlly, they admitted that the truck was not going to show up, and said they would give us a refund of our deposit.

For over a month we have called and emailed requesting our refund. We are hung up on, we are put on hold indefinately, and we still do not have our refund over a month later.

Additionally, we spend an additional $*& hiring another company to move us at the last minute.

Never, never use this rude, unprofessional company. They have zero customer service skills, and flat out have lied to us on numerous occasions.
