OfficeInnovations.com (part of Yahoo.com shopping) rip-off! Did not deliver merchandise. Trying to contact the store is a nightmare

I ordered 3 boxes of sheet protectors from this online office supply store on 6/18/04. As of 8/2/04 I still have not received my order, although my credit card was charged soon after the order was made. My 2 emails to OfficeInnovation's customer service were not answered.

Trying to contact the store is a nightmare. On my 1st try I spent 20 min on hold until I gave up. The next day I spent 30 min on hold until my call was answered. The service rep said the order was mailed but could not provide me with a UPS tracking number, since he was having computer problems. He said he would call me back with the tracking number, but he never did call.

My experience is not unique. OfficeInnovations.com is part of Yahoo shopping. The reviews for this store is terrible - they have the lowest rating possible.
