Yahoo Shopping Do not send your orders, answer email inquiries or provide a refund ripoff

I placed an order with baysoftgames through Yahoo Shopping. I was unable to review feedback on this store until AFTER placing the order.

After over one month, several (between 15-20) e-mails, and a charged credit card, I have not received my order, nor any status report, nor any answers from my several inquiries. Yahoo Shopping does not provide any support, and several weeks after my first complaint and report to them, they have given no response.

Baysoftgames.com needs to be prosecuted for stealing and operating a fraudulent business. Yahoo Shopping ought to be held accountable to some degree for "endorsing" baysoftgames.
