I went to this Company Because when I relocated my business, my clientele didn't follow me and I was left with 30% of clients, to built and set in the new Location took a lot of money that I paid with different credit cards, I never had problem paying the cards, but I was scare since my business took a fall with the economy, I looked in the list of the BBB and found a Financial Advisor, Banking Advising Co, I made the appointment, the Owner told me that she can reduce my debt to very little, that will cost me $500 the work, but I have to stop paying them, asked my husband a power of attorney, and I will never be harassed the interest rate will stop right were it is, my debt will never increase, and that she also was a Non profit organization, this will benefit me: she set up a monthly amount of money, I supposed to put in her account, but she insisted that it have to be cash only, I deposited over $36.000 thousand dollars, the first year I never got a mail or a call from the companies, I found out it was because my mail was going to her adress and I didn't know, she said is because she paid them already, by the second year I had a civil suit from a CC Company, they levy my business account and took the money from it, then came another suit and another, I called her unmediate she laugh it off, I was scare of depositing more money, so she started calling me telling me that if I don't deposit $ 2000 or more they will garnish my husband salary, one time we sold our car for 1/2 price to give her $6000 because she scare me with her story that they want to take my house away, I couldn't take this pressure so she told me forclosure is my best bet, she introduced me a lawyer who told me the benefits I will get, I told them I will never consider and asked for itemized account about the use of my money, she accused me of not trusting her, I didn't, but she gave me a list of the companies she already paid with payment confirmation numbers, I called the companies and find out she never paid them, only 3 or 4 small ones were paid and used some of the money, the settlements were canceled because her checks bounced, the accounts were back to square one plus more interest, I hired a Lawyer he sent a letter asking for detail information, they replay they need 30 days, we waited 45 days before we told them they committed fraud and also he found out that they are not licensed but they never replied, I sent many faxes and also called she was always sick or never there, she sent a note telling me that since I'm not depositing any more money, I breached the contract and I'm not entitled to any refund, I don't remember signing such a contract, so they took thousands of dollars and never responded any more. I only went there for an advise because I was very stressed, I didn't have problem paying my bills, I needed direction, I didn't need this mess she got me into, I filed a complain with the BBB and district Attorney, her office is still open full of what it seems illegal immigrants, nobody speaks english, I seen people crying and screaming but I was told they were crazy, I want them out of business I can't help to wonder how many people is scammed, I saw their ad in the internet as Banking, Foreclosures, Real state, but the took out the website and the email they don't work any longer I wonder why, I appreciate any help before I suit them for fraud or call the local tv channel and expose them.
