FAILURE TO DELIVER - Hollister cloting store

I am so sorry if i sound rude but i ordered a shirt from you for my son for christmas and the fedex people lost it so i didnt have a gift for him until 2 weeks after christmas. Now i decided i would give ya'll another chance because i love your style and i received an email stating my order had just been shipped out and i checked the tracking number and the freaking thing says it has been delivered!!! Am i getting my items or i want a full refund. Honestly my son wants his clothes but i am frustrated that someone is not paying attention. Please let me know what is going on and reship my items immediately i dont want to wait another month before i get what i paid for.
