I recently purchased 2 Hollister hoodies from a website called hollisteroutletssale.com on 25/09 The payment was through realpay. After not receiving my goods I decided 2 email them. They replied with " Dears, Welcome to Hollister Outlet. You placed an order from our online store. But the Hollister Hoodies have been sold out. We have some similar style ones, they are almost the same with the one you ordered. We can send the photos to you. Do you mind to change the similar style one? You can choose any other style from our online store. Or we could recommend some similar and new arrivals to you. We will send a Hollister t-shirt to you as gift if you agree with the exchange. Thank you. Lisa" I got back to them stating I was not willing 2 accept the exchange they were offering and would like a full refund. They have still yet to get back to me. This has made me so unhappy. And made me think about purchasing anything online again.
