Very rude customer service. Does not deliver as promised

I ordered an item from the is company and never received it. They tried to belittle me in their email response to my complaint, and told me that my issue was not important to them and that they weren't going to do anything to resolve it.in an obvious attempt to downplay their gross incompetence, they told me that they have "more pressing issues to deal with." With customer service as poor as theirs, I'm sure they do. Alex Munoz, the owner, is a real winner too. If you search the web, you can find him ranting and raging people for complaining about his website. Don't buy anything from this pathetic company. Buyer Beware!
