Awful customer service

I ordered a product online at Kohls.com and received a different product in the mail than I ordered. I called the customer service line to resolve the issue and have not been able to get any help. The first person I talked to was very nice but told me that I had to wait until date listed on the UPS label for expected shipment until I could say the original item was missing. Second call, I could not understand anything the man was saying. A third attempt, it was still difficult to understand but he finally said he would issue a pick up for the erroneously received item but still could not help me locate the item I purchased. Frustrating!
