Not paid for products placed in the store on consignment

I am filing this report in an attempt to warn other un-suspecting merchants about placing their products on consignment in the Persnickity Cat store.

The owner refused to return my emails or calls. I left numerous messages regarding payment of the items that were sold in her store. I kept records of all merchandise I placed in her store although she said she does not keep Any records. When I asked her to return the items she had not sold she said she had sold them all. She has yet to pay me and avoids any contact I have made with her.

I am in the process of reporting her to the States Attorneys Office to pursue all my options. Total owed to me is $600.00.

Others have the same story to tell. If you are thinking about placing any merchandise in her store, think again, you will be lucky to see any money owed to you. I plan to picket her store in hopes of warning others so they too will not be ripped off. I have also obtained an attorney who will file charges against her in court.
