Failed to Return Items at Customer Request

The owner took in my items i never signed a contract or made a agreement with any term with her other than my request to return unsold items. I liked my things sent them to be sold if the money transaction didnt take place then i wanted my belongings back they were not hers to keep. I didnt gift her she basically stolen my items sold them and failed to return either cash or the items.

I visited the store in june asked if i could have my things back she said she was going to charge me 5.00 an item to return to me! I had a total of 7 items one being a toy i paid 45.00 kinderbot who spoke different languages. The other 6 items clothing! I wanted the kinderbot back when i seen she was selling him for only 20.00 and sold it to me for 45.00 i was a bit mad! She refused me my items said i would have to wait til her consign time was up to avoid charging me a fee!

I cant go to her store and steal from her i would go to jail does it give her rights to steal from me because she has retail shelter, i think not! There is no contract and i never signed nothing when i asked her for proof she said i can give you a blank copy to read my rules. I laughed said i will see you in court i will file whatever charges poss, this is wrong poor business pratice and i feel it should be reviewed how many others has she done this too. And when will enough be enough before she can be charged or her business lic for retail be revoked!
