Charged me funds for goods i have not recived, and want money every month for 3 months

I purchased a phone on line at "ZIINGA.com" a auction site, and thought every thing was great. But all is not as it seems, since my purchace ive lost two payments from my bank account on the same day, a payment of 1.00 and one for 58.99, still no phone and now im told that two more payments will be charged at 58.99 for a membership fee? On cancelling my account they state they want a further 28.00. No refund, no regards for my complaint, no sence in contact with them and no mention of the phone i purchaced, which was paid for apart from the funds taken from my bank.
