£34.99 per month has been deducted from Mrs M E Jackson's bank account in September, October, November and December. They claim that my wife signed up as a VIP member with a purchase of 60 credits won via a promotional campaign auction. This apparently gave 7 days free membership after which the payments were taken.
My wife knows nothing about this and has never accessed the Ziinga site until recently when trying to ascertain what the payments were for. They have now cancelled membership but inform me that we are not entitled to a refund.
