ADT dealer they will take your pay if you work for them

I worked for them and found out that they will keep you under there control. They will put a gps in your car to track your every move and you will have to call them every hour and at the end of the day they will have you put your phone in your pocket so they can make sure you are knocking on doors. You will not be aloud to contact other workers. They tell you they will pay you $800 a week weather or not you get deals then when you get out in the field they make sure you get enough deals to cover the money they paid you before you will get a commission check. They will teach you to lie to people about security to scare people from getting other types of systems that are just as safe as the ones they tell you to lie about. They have you sign a contract stating if you quit or get fired they can keep $800 of your pay or you will owe them $800. I quit and returned everything they ask for and they then handed me a check for $189 when it was supposed to be $1200 they then called the police on me and i had to file against them with the texas work force commission and now i have to wait for the money they owed me. There reason is they thought i was working for another security company. After all this i have found 2 others that are going through the same thing i did and they filed against them as well. I am writing this to inform people who are thinking of working for them to think twice because as long as you do what they tell you to do your good but the minute you don't they are ready to screw you over. So if you like being micro managed and lied to its a great place but if you don't want to be micro managed and have your money stolen from you then you might want to think twice.
