Bull Crap Company in

This company had an add in the newspaper about expanding their company and needing managers so I thought hey why not I've been out of a job and needed one. Little did they decide to tell anyone until after training that we were going door to door knocking on people's houses trying to force sell security systems for ADT down their throats.
They tried getting me to LIE to customers to get a sale. And the workers there aren't any better. It's an extremely hostile working environment and allows drug's to be part of the working routine DAILY!
You don't get paid AT ALL. Okay so you have to make a sale to get paid. So let's get this right, I worked for 3 weeks and didn't make a PENNY from working 8 hours A DAY.
They would send me home and not let me out of the vehicle to even do my job. Their selfish and messed up. Commission's like $250 for one sale. So even if you ONLY get one sale you ONLY get $250 for the following week. And you WOULDN'T get paid again until you made another sale.
Basically this job's bullcrap and full of lies.
