Delivery issues continue

Again with respect to my 87 yr-old mom, Emily T. On Seasons Rd NW, Depauw, In 47115. Just after I believed this problem of her magazine was about resolved, again today, she DIDN'T get her document. She named me to I would like to understand and was therefore irritated that she's considering preventing her shipping which she's obtained for 40-50yrs. I'll now venture out looking for a document on her and go kilometers to ensure that she's this document to see and occupy a number of her period, where she's not able to do much else. Please enable me with this particular problem.
