Not receiving my magazine

I bought to Runner´s Earth journal in November. To date, I've just obtained the very first problem in January, and also have not obtained both subsequent problems. I've attempted to obtain touching them, plus they continue stating they CAn't locate my consideration, or they are able to just assist me with my account number. The truth is that I don't have this type of quantity, because it occurs a bit of document within the plastic carrier using the journal, since it´s a global membership. Who retains that? Nevertheless, I e mailed them stating precisely that, plus they continue informing me to enter their site and statement the missing issues. Nevertheless, as anybody may examine, should you attempt to access it with no account number, you can´t doit. I've also requested for my money-back, plus they keep ignoring it.
