Incompetent staff, terrible neighborhood, nonexistent maintenance, crappy apartments

1- It's a terrible value - Honestly, this place just isn't that great of a value. $719 a month with an un-flexible staff wouldn't be an issue apart from the terrible maintenance staff. I moved in around November and still (even after the 5th service call) my hot water heater produces ~5 min of hot water, my ice maker isn't functional, my towel rack is sitting on the floor with an exposed hole in the wall (their staff tried to tape it back on the wall), and my thermostat has a tendency to reset itself. If I were paying $550 a month this would be almost expected, but not for this premium.

2- Unprofessional Staff - I had the distinct displeasure of dealing with Jennifer Flowers. This lady was completely unwilling to compromise on any terms and wouldn't allow me to have a couple minutes alone in the apartment without her present (due to some kind of crap excuse she gave). Her overt pressure to buy would have completely ran me away from this place if not for another friend who convinced me to move. She wouldn't allow me to opt out of any of the crappy services (valet trash? Are you kidding me?) and lied about how my water services were billed (they are NOT metered, even after being out of town for 3 weeks I come home to a $70 water bill). Even after this fact, the staff at Inverness Landing insists that I am being billed for usage

3- Crappy Laundry Services - They suck. It costs about $1.50x2 per load, washed and dried. So what, this wouldn't be an issue if they clothes didn't come out of the drier smelling like cat piss. The staff refuses to perform any basic maintenance or cleaning and insists that this is normal. Just walk into the laundry room by the 800s building and you'll see what I mean. The stench is unbearable and the clothes that come out of those washers and driers smells exactly how you'd expect of an unkempt machine.

4- The Neighborhood Kids - My car was broken into in February and I'm currently missing an iPod, Valentine 1 radar detector, and my work laptop. Screw these kids. Neighborhood spats involving the Police are not an uncommon site.

5- Clueless Maintenance Staff - I mentioned this already, but they really do suck. Unprofessional, unkempt, unskilled, what more can I say?

6- Overtly Intrusive Staff - I don't need the "courtesy police" telling me or my neighbors that their tags have expired. Piss off.

Screw Inverness Landing, screw their crappy staff, screw Jennifer Flowers, and screw Lincoln Properties for letting this clueless and unprofessional roam free. This place is a complete ripoff and any potential renter needs to be warned.
